Creative Pathways is a structured 12-week therapeutic art program for individuals who have completed the Creative Therapies for Mood Disorders Program and are ready to continue their therapeutic journey. Facilitated by a trained art therapist, each weekly group session uses creative processes — including painting, drawing, collage, and symbolic expression — as a vehicle for deeper self-reflection, emotional regulation, and personal growth. No artistic experience is required; the focus is on the process, not the product.
The first intake begins Thursday 4 June.
A valid referral to a psychiatrist with admission rights to Deakin Private Hospital is required.

Caring for someone experiencing mental health challenges is one of the most significant roles a person can take on — and one that deserves its own support. The Carer Support Program is a 3-week group program for parents, carers, partners, and family members, offering practical strategies, psychoeducation, and a safe space to focus on their own wellbeing.
Sessions are facilitated by a qualified Allied Health Professional and cover topics including understanding mental health and recovery, responding to distress, communication and boundaries, and sustaining carer wellbeing. The program runs for one two-hour session per week over three weeks.
The first intake begins Monday 22 June.
No referral is required as this is a self-funded program.
Places are limited to support a safe group environment — early enquiry is encouraged.
