Michele is a registered General and Mental Health Nurse with 44 years of experience. She has experience in the health sector in both clinical and administrative settings and commenced the Quality and Risk Manager role at Deakin Private Hospital in August 2025.
Michele is skilled in the development, implementation and management of policies and procedures, and has worked in numerous hospital settings, most recently as Director of Clinical Services at the Private Hospital in Bruce.
She is passionate about, and committed to, providing excellent and safe patient care. She believes every patient deserves respect, acceptance, compassion and empathy, and lives by the motto
