Tiffany's clinical work is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She has a particular interest in supporting defence personnel and first responders living with the effects of trauma and post-traumatic stress.
Her experience spans psychiatric facilities, public hospitals, non-government organisations, employee assistance programs and private practice, both in Australia and overseas. Working across different cultural settings has shaped her respect for the many ways people cope, recover and heal.
Tiffany's approach is warm, collaborative and practical. She works with patients to make sense of how past experiences and patterns of thinking may be affecting them now, then focuses on reducing distress, building emotional regulation skills and helping people feel more grounded and connected in everyday life.
