The 12-week Women’s Wellbeing Program is designed to support self-care and growth through a blend of psychological, behavioural, and creative therapies.
Throughout the program, you’ll gain practical tools and supportive connections to help you navigate life’s challenges and transitions. In a safe space with other women, you’ll share experiences, build resilience, and strengthen your sense of belonging.
You’ll leave the program with greater confidence, improved communication skills, healthier ways to manage stress, and strategies you can use every day to support your mental health and overall wellbeing.
Throughout this program you will participate in group sessions lead by a qualified Allied Health professional. Participants will be supported and encouraged to share individual experiences as a group. You will learn new skills and will practice applying them in your own day-to-day before the next session. Then, bring what you have learnt and experienced to each group for feedback and input.
