Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

About Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

This program is grounded in the principle of accepting what is beyond one’s control, while committing to purposeful action that enhances life and meaning. It is designed to equip participants with the skills to respond more effectively to difficult thoughts and emotions—reducing their impact and influence—while gaining clarity on what is truly important and personally meaningful.

Participants will learn to use this insight to guide, motivate, and inspire action that aligns with their values and supports a more fulfilling and engaged life.

This program may be suitable for you if:

  • You have been having difficulty accepting things that are out of your control.
  • You feel like you are caught up in your negative thoughts and feelings rather than being present.
  • You have been struggling to find value in day-to-day life.
  • You would like to set goals and work towards a meaningful life.
